My Perspective

Why I Practice Law

The law is not just procedure — it is the difference between a person walking out of a courtroom with their rights intact or walking out without them. That difference matters to me deeply.
On clients

Every person who walks through my door carries a situation that is uniquely theirs — a dispute that may seem routine on paper but is rarely routine in life. I approach each matter with that understanding. My job is not just to represent you in a courtroom, but to make sure you understand where you stand, what your options are, and what to expect — at every stage.

On practice

I chose independent practice deliberately. It means I carry fewer cases, give each matter more time, and answer to my clients directly — not to a hierarchy. Law practiced this way is harder, but it is more honest. I would rather do fewer things well than many things adequately. That is the standard I hold myself to, and the standard my clients deserve.

On Rajasthan

Practicing before the Rajasthan High Court and the courts and tribunals of this state means understanding not just the law but the people, the disputes, and the realities that are specific to this region — from RERA matters in Jaipur to revenue disputes in rural districts. That local depth is something I bring to every matter.

On access to law

Through Legal Lens and my content work under Law with Twinkle, I try to make legal knowledge more accessible — because people who understand their rights are better placed to protect them. An informed client is not a difficult client. They are a prepared one. And that makes the work better for both of us.
